Must have diesel engine with engine block heater, and heady duty battery. The facility currently has maintenance parts and knowledge of diesel engines. No gasoline engine. Must have four-wheel drive with speed management to set the engine speed at optimal RPM for attachment being operated at the time. Must have joystick and attachment control kit for adjusting the attachment being operated at the time. Must have ability to operate high flow hydraulic attachments 27.9gpm Must be able to lock
