Description
The purpose of this amendment is to add the justification for a brand name aquisition to the attachments list. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. I. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and is being issued using simplified acquisition procedures. II.
