4-way Parachute Instructor

PRESOLICITATION NOTICE This is a Pre-solicitation Notice ONLY. The U.S. Government desires to procure a professional 4-way Instructor for the US Army Parachute Competition team. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. The Government desires to procure these non-personal services on a small business set-aside basis, provided two (2) or more qualified small businesses respond to this notice with information sufficient to support a set-aside.
