56-Heater Replacement, Building 80

The intent of this project is to replace outdated heating system in Building 80. The work includes, but is not limited to, replacing old piping and unit heaters within the building with new appropriately sized piping and unit heaters, and provide new or replace existing fin tube radiation (FTR) in various office spaces. The work will include wiring and circuit breaker installation to replace dated system. All work will be completed in accordance with scope of work. This project is listed as a design build and solicitation will include drawings, bid break down form, and Div 1 specifications.
