DESCRIPTION: NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT TO Greater Metropolitan Community Blood Services to supply blood and blood components to hospitalized veterans at James J. Peters VA Medical Center and New York Harbor sites. This will be a Requirements contract with a single order period of (5) five years with (5) five pricing periods outlined as follows: Pricing Period 1: 10/01/2026-9/30/2027 Pricing Period 2: 10/01/2027-9/30/2028 Pricing Period 3: 10/01/2028-9/30/2029 Pricing Period 4: 10/01/2029-9/30/2030 Pricing Period 5: 10/01/2030-9/30/2031
