INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE In accordance with FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirement. The Lebanon VA Medical Center (LVAMC) intends to negotiate a Sole Source Award with Hologic Sales and Services, LLC (Hologic). They are located at 250 Campus Drive, Marlborough, MA 01752.
