NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 6, 100 Emancipation Drive, Hampton, VA 23667, intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order to Olympus America Inc, 3500 Corporate Parkway, P.O. Box 610, Center Valley, PA 18034 for the Charlotte Health Care Center, 3506 W. Tyvola Rd., Charlotte, NC 28208 and Kernersville Health Care Center, 1601 Kernersville Medical Parkway, Kernerville, NC 27284 for a OR Integration ES-IP iOR System. Olympus proposes to provide the Easysuite hardware/software OR Integration upgrade project for 8 operating rooms, 4 at Charlotte HCC and 4 at Kernersville HCC. This contract action is for items for which the Government intends to solicit from only one source under the authority of FAR 12.102,
