Brief Description of Supplies required, intended use, and estimated amount: The Government is in need to acquire Strong T-Bar Retractor System for thoracic surgeries. Reactors are used to hold an incision open while a surgeon works. The retractor could also be used to hold tissues or organs out of the way during surgery.
