Description
White River Junction VA Medical Center has awarded a firm-fixed GSA contract to Original Equipment Manufacturer large business Itamar Medical for the purchase of the WatchPAT One Direct Program through GSA contract 36F79723D0108. This determination is made under FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(B), which permits limiting sources when only one solution can meet the Government s minimum needs for unique or highly specialized services. The VA s minimum need is not a specific device brand but a FedRAMP-authorized Somnoware workflow that supports direct-to-patient shipping, secure ingestion, and integration with VA s CPRS/Cerner systems.
