Description
Notice of Intent to Sole Source for Daedalus Innovations Overburden Rock Core Cell. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, the Department of Energy (DOE), National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) intends to negotiate and award a purchase order on a sole source basis to Daedalus Innovations to purchase the Overburden Rock Core Cell (DBCH-OXFORD MOUNT KIT) to assure satisfactory operation of the existing NETL owned GeoSpec 12/53 NMR Rock Core Analyzer. This is considered a sole source to Daedalus Innovations because, to the best of the NETLs knowledge, based on market research conducted Daedalus Innovations is the only known source that can be used with NETLs existing GeoSpec 12/53 NMR Rock Core Analyze
