Scanning DOAS SOURCES SOUGHT The US Geological Survey (USGS) is conducting market research to determine the availability of qualified businesses capable of providing components of Scanning Differential Optical Absorption Spectrometer (Scanning DOAS) instruments as described in the attached Technical Specifications. These instruments are part of the Network for Observation of Volcanic and Atmospheric Change (NOVAC) network, which primarily targets sulfur dioxide in volcanic gas plumes.
