Description
The STVHCS needs a Blood Bank Cost Per Test (CPT) agreement that is compatible with the current government owned Ortho Workstations (Model Number 6904630). The instrumentation shall provide all performing tests according to the test menu provided. All work shall be performed in accordance with the contractors Federal Supply Schedule (FSS). The vendor(s) selected shall be responsible for equipment and service components specific to each facility.
