1) NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (FLCN), Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA, 23511-3392 intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract for Endgame-brand software subscription renewals for Naval Information Forces (NAVIFOR). The requirement will utilize the procedures of FAR Subpart 13.5 “Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items.? 2) This requirement will be solicited with Other Than Full and Open Competition due to the brand-specific nature of the requirement.
