Description
Amendment 2 is to modify Section L - Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors or Quoters; reducing technical submission requirements in volume I of quote. Amend Section M - Evaluation Factors for Award; the table establishing the pass/go criteria for technical evaluation; and to extend the date offers are due to 30 September 2026. Amendment 1 is to include a Question and Answer section in Section L - Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors or Quoters.
