Caterpillar Non-Line of Sight (NLOS) Remote Operations Kit This Notice of Intent/Pre-solicitation Notice is not a Request for Quote (RFQ), Request for Proposal (RFP), or an Invitation for Bid (IFB). This notice is published for this proposed action in accordance with FAR 5.101(a). The US Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD has a requirement entitled: Caterpillar Non-Line of Sight (NLOS) Remote Operations Kit and intends to solicit quotes in accordance with FAR 12.201 simplified procedures, utilizing a Brand Name Limited Sources justification pursuant to FAR 12.102(a).
