This solicitation is for a mandatory source procurement pursuant to the Javits-Wagner-O?Day Act (41 U.S.C. 8501-8506) and Revolutionary FAR Overhaul Supbart 8.2 Acquisition From AbilityOne Participating Nonprofit Agencies. Proposals from organizations other than the AbilityOne participating nonprofit agency will not be evaluated. The Department of War (DoW) requires efficient and effective contract management support for contract closeout services.
