THIS IS A Sources Sought Notice ONLY. The U.S. Government award a contract on a SOLE SOURCE basis to Advantor Systems II LLC UEI RKUTRVHPGKP7 for the installation of hardware, firmware, software and connectivity of Access Control Devices for two doors located in Building Numbers 2759 and 1805 at Fort Polk, LA. Please see the attached document titled Access_Control_Devices_G2.pdf for specific requirements. The Access Control Devices must be fully compatible with the pre-existing security system to meet mission. They must also meet Intelligence Community Directive 705. The statutory authority for the sole source procurement is 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) as implemented by GSAM 538.7104-3(b)(1)(ii) - Only One Source is Capable.
