Amendment 0003: The purpose of this amendment is to provide a revised labor hour distribution table to clarify Government versus Contractor site, and to reiterate the Question and Answer deadline. Section L, Table 4 (Government Estimated Labor Hours): A revised 'Attachment 05 - Sections L and M (Revised for Amend 0002)' is hereby provided. This revision incorporates an updated Table 4, The final deadline for receipt of all industry questions remains 2:00 PM Eastern Time on June 18, 2026. No additional questions will be accepted or reviewed after this date and time. The proposal due date and time remain unchanged as July 6, 2026, at 2:00 PM Eastern Time. Except as provided herein, all other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged and in full force and effect. Amendment 000
