Description
AMENDMENT 0002 - The purpose of this is to: (1) Incorporate a revised Performance Work Statement (PWS), dated 08 July 2026, which supersedes the original PWS in its entirety. The primary changes include a reduction in the total estimated annual student workload/throughput. Offerors are responsible for reviewing the revised PWS in its entirety. (2) Extend the quotation due date to 14 July 2026, 2:00 PM ET (3) Clarification of Award Basis (All, Some, or None): The Addenda to FAR 52.212-1 and FAR 52.212-2 are hereby updated to explicitly state that the Government reserves the right to make an award on an "all, some, or none" basis. The Government may choose to award a contract for a subset of the requested Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) if a partial award is determined to be advantageous
