In accordance with FAR subpart 8.405-6(a)(2) Posting. under subpart FAR 8.405-6 Limiting sources, the required justification that permitted under FAR subpart 8.405-6 (a)(1)(i)(B) Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of the quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized for four (4) Agilent Gas Chromatograph Mass Spectrometer (GS-MS) instruments is being posted within the 14 days after placing an order exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold. This notice is being published in accordance with FAR subpart 5.301 and includes the justification as an attachment and will remain published for 30 days.
