Pre-Solicitation Notice /Synopsis Items: 0001. (PGC 03946) Air Force Hot Weather Safety Steel Toe Boot, Coyote, Mens 0002. (PGC 03947) Air Force Hot Weather Safety Steel Toe Boot, Coyote, Womens This requirement will be a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside and will be evaluated using best value tradeoff source selection procedures with the following two evaluation factors: 1. Product Demonstration Model and 2. Past Performance Confidence Assessment. A Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Type Contract is anticipated and will consist of a three-year base term with tiered pricing for each year of the contract.
