Amended: 3/4/2026 NAICS Code 541330 is welcomed to submit information. This is a Sources Sought notice to determine potential sources for information and planning purspose only. This is not a solicitation or invitation to bid. The purpose of this no-cost to the Government Sources Sought is to conduct market research to determine if responsible sources exist to assist in determinining if this effort can be competitive or total Small Business Set-Aside. A no-cost Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) is also request to estimate cost of study. The Air Force is conducting market research to identify a potential prime contractor to provide the level of work OR a prime contractor who has the capability and expertise to integrate and manage sub-contractors, to perform the required specialized study of t
