IAW RFO 5.101(c)(2): Set asides are not applicable in Germany IAW RFO 5.101(c)(4)(iii): Is not applicable to this requirement IAW RFO 5.201(c): (1) This is a solicitation notice for twenty (20) 150lb wheeled clean-agent fire extinguishers to support Ramstein flightline operations. Fire extinguishers must be Amerex Model 775 (NSN 4210-01-610-6985) in accordance with TO 00-25-172. (2) The proposed contract action is anticipated to be full and open competition.
