AN/PVS-14 NIGHT VISION DEVICES (NVDS)

The United States Army Communications Electronics Command (CECOM) Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD) has a requirement for PVS-14 Monocular Night Vision Device under Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case GG-B-UDY. The United States Army Contracting Command at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland intends to release a solicitation on or about 09 March 2026 on SAM.gov. Its anticipated that this will be a full and open competition. Subject requirement will support Foreign Military Sales (FMS). The Government intends to award a commercial Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. The basis for award is anticipated to use the Lowest-Priced-Technically Acceptable method.
