AN/TMQ-53 Tactical Meteorological Observing System (TMOS) Contractor Logistics Support (CLS)

The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Aerospace Management Systems Division, Weather Systems Branch (AFLCMC/ESAK), Hanscom AFB, MA 01731, is issuing a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide Tactical Meteorological Observing System (TMOS) Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) for sustainment efforts supporting TMQ-53 systems from FY26 to FY31. The contractor shall provide worldwide Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) to sustain currently fielded TMQ-53 systems in their baseline configuration. This effort encompasses comprehensive program management, logistics support (including helpdesk, maintenance, and spares/repair management), Operational, Safety, Suitability, and Effectiveness (OSS&E) impact analysis, test and evaluation, Configuration Control Board (CCB) support, and
