Pre Solicitation Notice Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to negotiate a sole source, firm fixed price purchase order for a one year period with: University of South Florida 4202 E Fowler Ave Tampa, FL 33620 The purpose of this requirement is to obtain specialized research support for the VA Ann Arbor Health Care System Research Department. The University of South Florida will provide analysis of plasma samples for eicosanoid quantification, including prostaglandins, leukotrienes, and specialized pro resolving mediators (resolvins, protectins, and maresins). Services will also include: Comprehensive lipidomic data reports with eicosanoid and SPM quantification, pathway analysis and interpretive summa
