NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to UNIVERSITY OF ARIZONA: 845 N PARK AVE RM 538 | TUCSON, AZ 85721 under the authority of FAR 12.102(a). It has been determined that UNIVERSITY OF ARIZONA is the sole provider of Anisotropic Mechanical Behavior Characterization of Additively Manufactured Components. NASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort. Performance will be located at NASA/ Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC).
