NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE The 436th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a direct award to Witmer Public Safety Group, Inc. (UEI: MMERGS8TBBY7; CAGE Code: 1MML7) for annual MSA Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) flow testing, certification, and repair services at Dover Air Force Base, Delaware. The Government intends to procure these commercial services from a single source in accordance with FAR 12.102(a), Restricting Competition.
