NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE Award: 15M10226PA4700256 The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source base firm fixed price contract for IOD Digital Technical Operator. The period of performance for this is July 2026. The total estimated value is approximately $172,894.74and is being awarded to DIGITALCM LLC. This sole source contracting action is pursuing a waiver from placing an order on a competitive basis pursuant to FAR 19.1406 for the aforementioned requirement.
