APX-119 Digital Control Panel (DCP) FOR F-5 AIRCRAFT-Phase 2

THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY The proposed Phase two (2) contract modification action is for products for which the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.103-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Contract N00421-25-C-0053, awarded to Raytheon Technologies Corporation (RTX), provides for software modifications to the Raytheon Digital Control Panel (DCP) in support of the DoNs fleet of F-5 Adversary aircraft.
