Area 13 Additional Refrigerated Containers

The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Pennsylvania intends to solicit and award a contract with only one source in accordance with RFO FAR 12.102(a) to Williams Scotsman Inc., DBA Willscot. This is a firm-fixed-price purchase order for the rental of four (4) each, 40 Foot Refrigerated Containers with 3 Phase Power- Hi Cube and include a Remote Monitoring System. The anticipated period of performance is from April 13, 2026 to August 3, 2026. This contract action will be awarded following the issuance of written solicitation with an anticipated award date of March 27, 2026. The Government intends to award a four (4) month contract with the option to extend up to six (6) months IAW FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services.
