The General Services Administration (GSA) is procuring General Construction Services for the Armed Forces Retirement Home (AFRH) Sheridan Building Renovation. This project is being conducted as a full and open competition using the tradeoff method to ensure the best value to the government. The Sheridan Building is an occupied, eight-floor, 387,350 SF facility originally constructed in 1962.
