Description
The Federal Protective Service Acquisition Division has procured Armed Protective Security Officer (PSO) services on a noncompetitive basis to Triple Canopy, Inc (13530 Dulles Technology Drive. Ste 500, Herndon, Virginia 20171) for up to five (5) months, March 1, 2026, through July 31, 2026, to allow time to solicit and award the follow-on contract, as well as to provide adequate ime for transition. This action resuled in a modification to extend the ordering period of the existing indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity type contract to allow placement of a task order to continue critical PSO services throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin.
