Description
The U.S. Army Contracting Command Detroit Arsenal has awarded Modification PZ0054 under the Armored Multi-Purpose Vehicle (AMPV) Full-Rate Production (FRP) contract (W56HZV-23-C-0024) to BAE Systems pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(B), "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements."
