Army Training Models - Solicitation

AMENDMENT 1: This solicitation is amended to provide responses to Vendor Questions, as well as updated attachments Section L and M, Performance Work Statement, and Cost Model Workbook. The closing time and date for proposals is updated to 12:00PM EDT on 16 March 2026. The Government will confirm receipt of all proposals. The requirement is being solicited as a set-aside for Women Owned Small Business. The North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 541611, and the size standard is $24.5 million.
