Description

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The National Park Service (NPS) requires asbestos-containing material (ACM) and lead based paint (LBP) abatement at four (4) residential structures and one (1) accessory outbuilding located within Cedar Creek and Belle Grove National Historical Park in Middletown, Virginia. All structures are unoccupied and scheduled for demolition following hazardous material abatement. The work will include all construction, labor, supplies, materials, tools, equipment, facilities, and travel necessary to complete the abatement in accordance with the project scope of work. PROCUREMENT TYPE: The Government anticipates awarding a single firm-fixed price contract to meet this requirement.
