NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to Astral Materials, Inc: 319 Bernardo AVE | Mountain View, CA 94043 under the authority of FAR 12.102(a). It has been determined that Astral Materials, Inc is the sole provider of Astral Materials TechLeap Orbital Mission. NASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort.
