Description
The Medical Acquisition Support Office (MASO) is issuing this Sources Sought Notice on behalf of USARPAC to find potential sources to provide Athletic Trainer (AT) Support Services. This is a follow on W81K04-21-C-0009 awarded to Cognito Systems LLC. The Contractor shall provide eighteen (18) full-time equivalent (FTE) certified Athletic Trainers (ATs) and six (6) Lead Athletic Trainers (Lead ATs) who meet all Department of Defense (DoD) and Defense Health Agency (DHA) credentialing standards. Contractor personnel shall provide embedded athletic training services to the following military installations: Installation Cluster 1 (Korea): Combat Aviation Brigade, 2d Infantry Division Installation Cluster 2 (Korea): 210th Field Artillery Brigade Installation Cluster 3 (Korea): Camp Carroll Inst
