This is a notice of intent to sole source to DeTect Inc. Please indicate if your company is willing/able to provide the services below. The Contractor shall provide non-personal services, to include all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure that Avian Radar Maintenance is performed at RAF Lakenheath in a manner that result in decreased wildlife strikes.
