The East Services Branch, Health Readiness Contracting Office awarded a Firm-Fixed Price Delivery Order to QUIDELORTHO SALES COMPANY, LLC, 9975 SUMMERS RIDGE RD, SAN DIEGO, CA 92121-2997 to furnish Blanchfield Army Community Hospital, Fort Campbell, KY, two (2) Chemistry /Immunoassays Analyzers (no cost lease), data management system, all supplemental equipment required to perform testing, and reagents, supplies, consumables, maintenance, warranty, training and support for full functionality on a Cost Per Reportable Results (CPRR) basis.
