Description
This notice serves to document the award announcement via SAM.gov that on 20 February 2026, Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems, Manassas, Virginia, was awarded a $78,429,802 cost-plus-incentive-fee and cost-only contract (N00024-26-C-5203) for engineering and program management services in support of the AN/SQQ-89A(V)15 Surface Ship Undersea Warfare Combat System (USWCS). This action provides for the development, qualification, and integration required to maintain fielded baselines and certify future upgrades. This contract includes options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $479,933,956. This contract combines purchases for the U.S. Navy (82%), the government of Japan (13%), and the government of Australia (5%) under the Foreign Military Sale
