In accordance with the criteria set forth in the special notice of intent, 195777, issued 14 February 2025, per U.S.C.3204(a)(1) as defined by FAR 6.302-1, 22d Contracting Squadron (22 CONS), has determined that the Designer of record (DOR), Kenneth Hahn, Architects, Inc. is the only source to satisfy the Governments requirement, for Post Award Construction A-E Title II inspection services in support of the construction Project 195777, Construct Military Working Dog (MWD) Kennel located at McConnell AFB, KS. As DOR, Kenneth Hahn, Architect Inc. has knowledge of the design which allows for a uniquely efficient ability to provide the Government support in responding to requests for information, clarification of design criteria, review of submittal documents, and oversight of on-site construc
