Description
In accordance with the public disclosure requirements of FAR 5.705(b), the Government hereby notes that this contract action was not awarded competitively; however, it was executed as a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Purchase Order. Rationale: This action is a sole-source follow-on award to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Wheatstone Corporation, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Wheatstone Corporation is the sole manufacturer and proprietary owner of the Enterprise Radio Automation System (ERAS) and Audio over Internet Protocol Routing System (AOIPRS) architecture.
