Description
This action awards a single-award, Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract to establish a contractor-operated, commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) online marketplace for Small Unmanned Aerial System (sUAS) parts. In accordance with FAR 5.705(b), this contract action was not entirely fixed-price. The contract employs a hybrid structure to provide the best value and flexibility to the Government: Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Component: This is used for the formal security vetting of new sUAS components to ensure compliance with the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). This service has a definitive outcome and is appropriately priced on a fixed-price basis per vetting action.
