Description
Notice of Award of the Aberdeen Proving Ground Microgrid and Backup Power Project located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland - the FY25 NDAA provided separate authority to sole source specific Energy Resilience and Conservation Investment Program (ERCIP) projects where the utility system has been conveyed under 10 USC Section 2688 and only provides services to a military installation. Therefore, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District (USACE) solicited a proposal from City Light & Power Aberdeen, LLC for the construction of the Aberdeen Proving Ground Microgrid and Backup Power Project.
