Description
This award synopsis is prepared in accordance with FAR 5.207, FAR 5.3, and FAR 5.705(b). The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) awarded contract number N6660425C0562 on a sole source basis to SyQwest Incorporated (SyQwest) pursuant to the authority at FAR 6.302-7, as documented in this requirements associated Special Emergency Procurement Authority (SEPA) Determination and Findings (D&F).
