Enclosed is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for Awning Canvas Replacement at Caracas Compound. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section J of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form. The U.S. Embassy will conduct a pre-proposal conference/site visit on August 21, 2026 at l0:00 a.m. Please submit the full name and ID number of people attending the visit to CaracasSolicitation@state.gov no later than l0:00 a.m. on August 20, 2026 to obtain the authorization to enter the Compound.
