Request for Information AMS Radiocarbon Analysis for Outcrop and Core Sediment Samples The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) is conducting market research to determine the availability of a qualified business that can provide services as follows. USGS, Earthquake Science Center (ESC) requires accelerator mass spectrometer (AMS) radiocarbon analyses on very small samples (including samples that are less than 1 mg in size) of organic material from outcrops and cores of sediment in accordance with the attached statement of work.
