1. Description: This is a Sources Sought Notice and is issued solely for market research and planning purposes to identify potential sources capable of providing the construction needs for a Design-Build (DB) contract to execute a complete roof replacement for Section A of Building 1130 (highlighted in the Condition Assessment Report) at Shaw AFB. The contractor shall provide all design, engineering, labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to: a) Completely demolish the existing roofing system down to the structural concrete deck to include the elevator shaft roof. b) Repair the spalls and cracks on the existing concrete deck. Prepare the concrete deck with a new air & vapor barrier and insulation board for a standing seam metal roofing retro fit/hugger system. c) Design and
