Description
Backflow Cross Connection Report The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to conduct a Comprehensive Drinking Water Cross-Connection and Backflow Prevention Survey to support Selfridge Air National Guard Base (ANGB), Michigan, water integrity as defined in the Description of Service. The awardee will have access to the previous report completed in 2020. Questions must be submitted in writing to tami.mckenney.1@us.af.mil Deadline to submit questions is 12 Aug 2026, 10am EDT. A site visit can be arranged if requested by 10am 5 Aug 2026 Please reveiw FAR 52.212-2 in the solicitation for submition requirements.
